I have attended the Pittsburgh Regatta many times, mostly because we know a race boat driver and had a personal connection to it. 
I must confess that, for whatever reason, I have never been to the Regatta at Lake Arthur. I have always loved Moraine State Park and boating, learning to sail is even on my bucket list, but I really never had the desire to attend.
